The UTORvpn looks like this on the An圜onnect client: UTORvpn or OpenVPN will not work with these systems. Do not use UTORvpn or OpenVPN if you are trying to access to University-wide administrative systems such as ROSI, ROSI Express, ROSI Files and AMS. It connects your computer to the University’s network and protects the traffic across suspect intermediate networks such as hotels and coffee shops. It is a general, remote-access VPN service. The UTORvpn is also known as General VPN or OpenVPN. For more details, review our Manage Confidential Information page. Anything you download from ROSI or ROSI Files will be retained in your download folder on your computer and it must be deleted once you are done.
